Village Forum

A forum has been created to host village communication and interaction on local topics of interest. It is expected to supplement ( and not replace) the Email (Google) group service by offering a place for villagers to discuss and share ideas and issues in more depth than is appropriate for the email service.

Do I need to register to use the Village Forum?

You don't have to register to browse the Forum.
If you want to reply to a Post, or start a new Topic, then you will need to register and create login details.

How do I register?

  • Click here to enter the Forum.
  • Choose "Register" on the top right of the Forum Home page.
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions
  • Create a Username - this can be your real name or a nickname.
  • Enter your email address.
  • Create a Password - and remember it!
  • Language and Timezone will be the default values.
  • Enter the (deliberately) difficult to read submission code.
You will receive an email confirming your registration and you will then be able to login and participate in the Forum.

How can I have Forum or Topic messages sent to my email address?

To subscribe to a specific forum, access it and click the “Subscribe forum” link upon entering the forum.
To subscribe to a topic, access it and click the “Subscribe topic”.
In your User Control Panel, you can view and manage your 'subscriptions'.
