Your Village Photos

You are welcome to view and/or submit photos of the buildings, landscape, people and events of East Clandon on the Village Photo Web Album.

To become a photo contributor

1. To be added to the list of photo contributors, email "photos@eastcland*n.org.uk" (replacing the * with an "o") and ask to be added to the contributors list. You will be added to the list and will receive a Welcome email invitation to view your photos. You also get notified when new photos by other contributors are uploaded to the album in the future.

2. Meanwhile, if you do not already have a Google account username and password, you will need to create one here.

3. Once you have been added as a contributor to the web album, you will receive a welcome email. it's then simple to add up to 5 photos at a time using the Picasa Web Albums (or in Picasa software if you optionally chose to download it). You can also perform edits on the photos you upload: captions, rotation, even deletion. Follow these steps:

To add photos to the album

You can click 'Contribute photos to this album' in the welcome email sent by Picasa Web Albums.
Or:
  1. Sign-in to Google Picasa using your personal Google username and password.
  2. Select the favourites tab and click "East Clandon".
  3. You will view all the gallery images in a new tab titled "East Clandon's Gallery"
  4. To upload additional images, click "Add Photos". You will be on a page titled "Upload photos to East Clandon".
  5. Select up to 5 photos from your Windows Explorer and click Start Upload.
  6. After a few minutes delay they will be viewable in the East Clandon Gallery.
